Review: I am so blessed to have had Tyler come knock on my door. My house was built in 2018. The winds in the area have gotten stronger. I have had shingles fly off multiple times a year, the last couple of years. I have contacted the original Roofers. They would come nail them shingles back down. I even put in a claim myself to get assistance in getting a new roof with my insurance company. However my house is too new for them to honor a new roof. Tyler knocked on my door one day after seeing shingles laying in my bushes and on the ground in front of my house. I have always been hesitant about door salesman. But he was so down to earth, well spoken, knowledgeable, and did a free walk through. He had taken pictures to show me how rushed the workers did when putting the initial roof on. Makes total sense since so many shingles had already flown off multiple times. Tyler assisted me in filing a new claim with my insurance. He was the main point of contact and did the walk through with the assigned adjuster. Having Tyler there being able to point out all the errors and issues with the roofing confirmed, I needed a new roof. Adjuster and Insurance agreed to cover the cost. Within a week, I had a beautiful new roof. Reliable, durable, stylish, and affordable thanks to his assisting with the claim. Tyler kept all communication with me through the process. I am so blessed to have this professional young man knock on my door. Thank you, Roof Royale, for replacing my roof in a day. I have told multiple neighbors to contact Tyler with Roof Royale. Review: UPDATE: When it was time to get my roof fixed I called them. I worked with Andrew and he, and everyone there, were super responsive, super helpful, and overall just professionals. There were no hard sales tactics and they had no problem answer any question I had.I ended up redoing the roof and the siding as the house had a lot of issues (besides it being ugly). We ran into some issues as the previous owner had just slapped vinyl siding over the old siding so we had to deal with some unexpected wood rot. Andrew was always very communicative. The team was there every day, 6 days a week, for two weeks taking care of everything. The results are amazing.They worked with my insurance to recover some of the cost so that has been very helpful also.If you need your roof and or siding done I wouldn't hesitate to call them. Really great company!Posted in 2020: Very prompt and thorough! I had an issue with water leaking on my furnace. The owner came out later that day. He found the issue and fixed it in minutes. When I have a major roof repair they will be the first ones I call.
