Review: I am editing my review because after a few years they really made some improvments and Nicole has made a BIG difference! They customer service after installation is great!Sadly we chose this company to do our entire roof because their sales rep was great, unfortunately our installation didn’t represent the service we got from the company. The crew that came that morning had no one in charge or a foreman on site. We had a leak that took them one month to fixed and we had to cover all costs to get our room back to normal, we had to replace the wall, insulation and paint because their crew didn’t care to show up or look properly at the problem. The admin staff is great but when it comes to the actual job I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Review: Phoenix went above and beyond fighting our insurance to get us our roof replaced, they really documented the damage well and went to bat for us when they tried to deny us. The workers wer super professional, on time, very fast, and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. We are extremely pleased with everything they’ve done for us… and the new roof is gorgeous 😄

Review: Phoenix Exteriors has installed a new shingle roof on our house after a Texas hail storm. They have done an excellent job. We went with them because they had been recommended on a neighborhood Facebook page. The young salesman was very enthusiastic, but he and his team explained the options very well to us. Then, when it came time for the installation, the team was handled by Troy Brehmer. They were in and out over the course of two days, and, again, were thoughtful and thorough. They were clear what we needed to do, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. The only trouble we had with them was getting clear communication about the installation date, and who was to provide that information. So being told, after signing the contract, who we should contact about the installation date, and keeping that the same person if possible, would have taken care of it. But it was a minor problem for an excellent job.Bill G., Austin, Texas
