Review: Jordan with Miller Storm did a fantastic job. From getting an appraisal and working with my insurance to getting everything replaced. The workmanship on the roof is flawless and was completed very quickly. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I would definitely use them again.

Review: We had an excellent experience with Miller roofing with a special thanks to Chase, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the start, Chase was quick to answer all of our questions and provided great assistance in getting our insurance situation straightened out. Once that was handled, the team completed the roof repair within a day! They were not only fast and efficient but also courteous to our neighbors and gave them all a heads up and let hem know what to expect and when to expect it. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and exceptional service!

Review: I can't say enough about my experience with Miller Storm Roofing & Reconctruction. Jordan West with the Austin, Texas office, was exceptional. She stuck with me for MONTHS while I dealt with insurance issues. She's knowledgable, thorough and personable. She walked me through the whole process with ease and took the time to educate me on roofing issues, insurance claims, etc. I'm appreciative that I was able to work with someone that was knowledgable, positive and helpful.The roofing crew was excellent. My home had two existing roofing layers on it which created a huge amount of debris. At the end of a hot 12 hour day, my yard and the surrounding area was clean and the team took the time to pick up any random nails.Half way through the job, I questioned whether or not the crew had enough water and learned through Jordan that Miller Storm made sure that their roofers were taken care of by providing them with water, Gatorade, etc. Roofing in the hot Texas sun is brutal so it was important to me to know that the company cared about their workers.All in all, I love my new roof. I'm a very happy woman. My experience with Miller Storm Roofing, Jordan West and the roofing crew was excellent. Would I use this company again? YES!

Review: Absolutely terrible to work with. I almost had to beg just to get new vents on my roof even though insurance paid for them to be replaced. Jordan had TERRIBLE communication, in the two months we worked together (claim approved on week 2) he returned my calls only once with a "oh hey by the way the replacment is tomorrow".I genuinely dont know how this place hasn't been sued yet. DO NOT USE MILLER
