Review: Not Happy with Hometown roofing. sale representative mislead me by stating that she was going to install HAIL resistance shingles on my home as an upgrade at no extra cost. This sounded very good to us because we have solar panels mounted on our roof so new hail resistance shingles could help in future storms and possibly reduce the need to remove my solar panels to re-do a hail damaged roof. They did NOT do what they said they would, they installed standard shingles which now leaves me to possible hail roof damage and costing more to remove and re-install the solar panels, should another bad hail storm hit our neighborhood again, Beware of this bait and witch...

Review: We highly recommend James Brandon of ATX Hometown Roofing. He and his crews reroofed both our home and our rental property. We're extremely happy with and confident in the workmanship and quality of our new roofs. He quickly responded to our questions leading up to the work. He kept us apprised to schedule changes when there was a supply delay. He explained the process thoroughly so we were able understand what was involved. Bonus that James is simply a nice person and easy to work with.

The quality of the work was solid, and they even addressed some related issues with the rafters, which was appreciated. I'm pleased to report that no plants were harmed during the process. Review: He was very quick to come out and look at the roof after contacting him. He met with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was reviewed and went smoothly. Followed through with everything he said and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Roof was put on quickly and looks great!!! Would definitely use this company again!
